Technology Integration Practices are the foundation of our Firm. Complementing these Practices is the COMMONd Project Lifecycle. Based on four stages-Define-Design-Deploy-Manage, our methodology can adapt to any phase of a project.

These four areas have been developed to help our clients grow their network infrastructure in a smart and appropriate manner.

Define
At a high level, the Define stage begins the process with an identification of our client's needs and goals. Goals are analyzed from both a business and a technical perspective. The existing network is base lined, and our Project Management team sketches out a project plan.

Design
Design incorporates the outcome of the Define stage together with requirements for a network topology. At this stage, models for network addressing and naming are considered, switching and routing protocols are selected and Security and Network Management strategies are incorporated.

Deployment
Once technologies are selected, and prior to Deployment, detailed testing, optimization and documentation takes place. Project plan execution begins the Deployment stage. Our Project Management team oversees project deployment as well as the entire project lifecycle.

Management
Proactive Network Management is the fourth area of the project lifecycle. Tools and processes are implemented, performance is monitored and configurations are managed.

Finally, as requirements evolve, the project lifecycle continues. COMMONd is committed to assisting our clients throughout the lifecycle.
